used pair sent
I’m 117, 5’4” and typically wear a size S in spanx. I ordered the smoke color from spanx and the fennel color from Nordstrom. Nordstrom sent me a used pair, with no tags, and pilling on the hips. I called Nordstrom yesterday and the rep told me to return. With the pair I ordered from spanx, I had the same issue as below where the seam unraveled in the first wash. Spanx sent me another one, same thing happened so I contacted them again and they refunded my money. I was hoping for better luck with this pair from Nordstrom and have ordered a replacement in hopes I do not receive another used item. I will also mention I ordered the full length version of these leggings in XS and S, and Nordstrom sent me two XS and no S… not sure what’s going on with Nordstrom for this order.
