SPANXshape^™ Invisible Camisole

I love this Spanx cami. It’s thinner than some, so perfect for our hot and humid summer temps. I love that the straps are adjustable and can also be moved over for halter type tops. I also love that I can wear this one with sleeveless tops without the straps sticking out on the sides like the open-bust ones always do. It’s not super tight, yet the tummy design seems to do a great job of keeping my tummy area smooth. I liked this one so much that I ordered a second one just like it. I found it to be true to size and have had no issues with it riding or rolling up. I do machine wash it on cold, but I never put it in the dryer. It easily dries overnight (or quicker) on my drying rack.

I have several items from SPANX/Assets brand from a few years ago and it seems the quality and functionality of the garments is just going down every single time I have to replace something. I was excited for this cami to be able to wear under a halter dress due to the adjustable versatile straps. Ordered the same size as the tanks/camis I own of the same brand and upon trying, I could hardly get into it. The material around the midsection is very unstretchy and feels almost rubbery - not cute or comfortable! Also the part around the chest, while it’s a lot softer and comfortable compared to the bottom part on the tummy, has absolutely no support meaning you cannnot wear it without a bra and that was not what i was hoping for. Overall, just terrible fabric choice, not comfortable, not very functional and made me look a lot worse than if I wasn’t wearing a garment at all on my midsection. Disappointed in the SPANX brand choices lately.

I have purchased a black one twice over the years and also decided to purchase a skin colored one. They are nice and thin, very smoothing, and have great shaping and hold. They have a longer length so you don't have to worry about it coming up and being uncomfortable. I would recommend this shaper and will plan to but it again!
