They Breathe; Highly Recommend.
I've been wearing Spanx or something comparable since I hit 50. These are fabulous. I have a curvy hip. Other reviewers said the shaper rolled up on their legs; it did not for me. Stayed in place for over 10 hours. Also, I wore them to my son's wedding in El Paso Texas this past weekend. It was over 100 degrees. They breathe. So pleased with the product. It smoothed and didn't bind. I'm 5' 5" tall and 132 lbs. Highly recommend.

Try on in a store if possible before you buy
Beware! I've worn plenty of spanx products that I love but these shorts do not fall into that category. I ordered these in my normal spanx size small. I put them on to wear to church and they rolled up my legs every time I moved. I only wore them for about an hour and a half and I couldn't wait to get them off. I asked Nordstrom if I could return them but since they are considered lingerie, they said I cannot. Honestly this the very first disappointment I've had in Nordstrom' s customer service after many years of being a faithful cardholder and customer.

Beware! I've worn plenty of spanx products that I love but these shorts do not fall into that category. I ordered these in my normal spanx size small. Gives you a smooth appearance
These shorts are great when you don't want a panty line. I like them because they don't compress you so much that you get a muffin top. If you're looking for more tummy control, these are not the shorts for you.

disappointed
Rolls up at bottom. Didn’t work for me. I got a small. I’m 5’4 , 130 pounds. Maybe a medium would’ve worked better.

Nice improvement over previous models
I bought the Girl Shorts to replace a previous pair of SPANX that kept rolling up my thighs. Thankfully, this item has an interior trim that keeps the SPANX in place so they can be worn comfortably without needing periodic adjustments. The garment also provides a nice, streamlined look without the uncomfortable, tortuous compression reminiscent of shape wear of old.

Awful, legs roll up!
I've had other pairs before that worked well, but this one is just awful. The legs roll up every single time, which is so uncomfortable and looks awful!
