Great Shorts for dresses and pants

I got this shorts initially to wear them underneath my flowy dresses and skirts as shorts. I didn't expect for them to work as a shaper. I tried them out with a gathered skirt and I was surprised to find out they didn't roll and they felt as second skin and worked nicely as a shaper. I gave it a try with my skinny pants (since I am a pear shape) and they worked too! You can't see the short division. I am 5'7 and weight 130lbs and got the Small size. I went ahead and bought two more for the spring and summer ;) I highly recommend them!

OMG no

This product just doesn't work. If you're going for maximum-control, you obviously want to really tame your stomach/abdomen area. Well, these shorts hit in a spot where even if you don't have much fat above the navel, you will get serious muffin top. I have never gotten muffin top so high up before--I usually get them lower around the love handle area. For sizing, I am 5'1" and about 130 lbs, somewhat athletic build with bigger shoulders and arms and narrow hips, and I bought the size small.

Great Shorts for dresses and pants

Just okay

I immediately fell in love with these when I first put them on, but it ended there. With Spanx, I usually wear a large, which gives me the right amount of support. XL tends to be too large at the waist. I bought these in a L. In no time at all, the legs were riding up turning into briefs. No matter how often I tired pulling the legs, the sticky band just wouldn't stick.I also had an unfortunate muffin top. Maybe my legs are just too chunky or these just run a little small. If you're a curvy gal or in between sizes, I'd go up.

Great light control but digs in

I got the x-small in these girl shorts - I am 5'4" and 115 lbs. While they did not ride up on me, the band dug into my waist and even though I really don't have a lot of fat on my torso area, you could see where they dug in under my dress....very unflattering and uncomfortable. In terms of the light control I was looking for, however, they worked. If you're trying these out, I would recommend trying a size up so the band isn't too tight around your waist!

perfect shorts to smooth

I am petite 5"1" 110 lbs and wanted something to just make me feel smooth under certain dresses. These are very short so I went up to a size medium. I have the old girl shorts which I liked but they always rolled. These are much thinner material and they do not roll on your leg ( the size small did). because they have a tape to hold them in place. They do NOT really take you in that much but just enough and are very comfortable.

Not tight, not loose, just right!

I placed an order online for these girl shorts to serve 2 purposes. The first and most obvious, for control and a smooth appearance. Secondly, to serve as a slip under my dress. These shorts are great! I walked, ate and danced all night and they did not move unless I moved them. They are super light weight and extremely comfortable. I even forgot I was wearing them.
