pretty good
I usually wear sports bras that have back latch, but this one works pretty well. I step into it and pull it up as I am very broad and find it hard to pull on over my head. It's comfy once on and good for medium impact cardio. I haven't worn it running, so can't speak to that. I am a 36C.

Awesome fit and descent support
Can wear this at Orange Theory or on the Peloton. Great bra, have purchased multiple after rejecting similar bras from Nike and Zella.

First purchase of Spanx
This is a better top than the previous one I reviewed. I bought a size XL otherwise, they are very hard to remove.

Didn’t provide enough padding/coverage. I am usually a 36DD and the large felt a bit too tight. Ended up returning this one.
