What it is: A dual-action slim pencil with a smudge tip that offers the ultimate in definition, blending and control.

Who it's for: All skin types.

What it does: Bold pigments are suspended in a nourishing botanical formula for long-lasting comfort and wear. The sharp pencil end is ideal for lining the upper and lower lid, while the slightly tapered smudge tip end helps create a smoldering effect.

How to use: Create a gorgeous smoky eye by applying The Eye Pencil Primatif in desired color to your lid from your lashline to just below the crease, then smudge as desired. The soft kohl in the formula allows you to apply it to your waterline.

Eye Pencil Primatif

This is by far the best eyelining pencil I've ever used!!! The black is my favorite, it is the blackest black I've ever tried, super soft, so it glides right on, and water resistent, to it has great staying power, but you don't need a special remover to get it off. The pure kohl formula is great for inside the water line as well!

So far I hate it...

It feels all wrong to hate anything Kevin Aucoin. But, I bought the white eyeliner to line the inside bottom lid and inner corners of my eyes. This liner is actually too oily to use there. It seems to dissipate right into the eye, half on the lid and the other half as slime in the eye. The quality of this product reminds me of the drug store liners you can get for $1. (I think the brand was Wet n Wild.) For a good liner in white, I think a more dry, matte, opaque liner is what I need. I'm fair so using white liner for the top lid probably wouldn't work but maybe if I had medium to dark skin.

Eye Pencil Primatif

This is by far the best eyelining pencil I've ever used!!! smudges!!

I was so excited to use this on my waterline, but unfortunately it barely lasts on me!! not even 30 minutes. it is very disappointing, given the price of it. I'll stick with my NARS eyeliner next time.

Great long-lasting eye liner

Always a good value. A dual-funtion eyeliner that lasts forever on your eyes and forever in your make up bag. Thumbs up!

Perfection

One of my favorite liners, especially love the smudge end of the brush- great for creating a beautiful smoky eye. I keep one at home and in my bag so that I always have it on hand!

I recommend this product

I found the perfect eye pencil for me. The Kevin Aucoin eyeliner provides a precise line. The eyeliner goes on easily and stays on all day. The eyeliner includes a smudger on one end of the pencil which is a nice feature. I have purchased both the black and brown colors. The quality of the product is excellent. I have no eye sensitivity issues with this eyeliner.
