True Nude - size down
I have several pairs of sorel shoes. Normally, I’m a very true size 8m. The 8 in this sandal was long so I ordered and kept the 7 1/2 and still have more length than I expected . I wore for 5 hours walking and shopping all day and had no blisters or sore spots. They are comfortable and fun. They have a slightly stiffer soul but are very comfortable. The leather is soft but feels like it won’t stretch out but will stretch to mold to my foot.

The perfect sandal - LOVE THEM !!!!
Just received, was thrilled they fit right out of the box. The leather is firm but supple. I'm sure they will mold to my feet perfectly. My foot fit perfectly on the food bed and was super comfortable. The width is medium....not wide, not narrow. The Velcro strap did not dig into my heel...it sits nicely in the back and is there as a support if necessary. I'm a size 8m in most shoes or a 38 European...but I ordered the 8m and did not go with the European sizing....it's off on these sandals...Just go with your normal USA sizing. The sole of the sandal has a little weight, but it did NOT affect my stride or fatigue my legs. This is a wonderful on trend sandal. I'm happy I ordered immediately and received a box that had never been tried on. So if you're looking for a sandal to wear with anything and most of the year....this is a great find. I've had a few Sorel boots and I've never been disappointed.

I am an 8.5 in every shoe I own, these run at least a half size big. If they weren’t on the narrow side, I would try an 8, but they’re pretty tight.

So comfy and great quality!!!
I had two pairs of cole haan sandals for a few summers and one had the plastic on the sole that ripped off and stuck to my heels. The other had heel straps that are all stretched out and ready to snap any moment. I love the styles of Cole Haan but its not a great brand in terms of longevity. Enter the Sorel sandal in black! So chic and a little edgy. These slide right on and have a super smooth and soft upper. Walking is very comfortable. They look chunky but they arent too heavy. From the looks of it, i think these will stand the test of time.
