Lennox Waterproof Lace-Up Boot (Women)

They are cute, sturdy boots. But run very, very small. I am a size 7 in almost every shoe brand. But Sorel I am a 7.5-8 in boots. These felt ok in a 7.5 with a thin sock, but any kind of thicker winter or fall sock I had to have the 8. (in the 8) They were comfortable right out of the box, might need some break in time, seemed to scratch very easily, and you MUST unlace almost all the way to get on and off, so hoping they hold up. Not happy paying this price for them, think they are worth 20-30% less, and wish they came with extra laces as white will get very dirty quickly.

Purchased these boots in the Tobacco color for a mountain trip where we were going to do some hiking and for an upcoming trip where there will be snow in the mountains but I didn’t necessarily need a heavy snow boot (but still wanted waterproof). I’ve only taken these on the hike but I can report that they were comfortable and not too heavy. The inside didn’t have anything fuzzy/warming inside so I wore boot socks and would recommend maybe thicker socks if you need extra warmth. I like that these are versatile because you can wear them on a hike, but still wear them with jeans and a sweater into town as well, and the fact they are waterproof allows you to wear them in different weather conditions. Size wise, I went with my normal size 8.5, however it is a little tough to get your foot in. You definitely have to unlace the whole top portion of the boot to get your foot in, and it was easier for me to get my foot in while standing rather than sitting. Overall wish it was easier to get the boot on, but it’s worth it. I know I’ll have these for many years.
