True to Narrow Size
LOVE these boots! Very well made, and unlike some boots, they don’t look huge on my feet. I read the recommendations to size up, but I ordered my regular size. I wear a 9.5 Narrow, and these aren’t aren’t even a little snug. If your feet are regular to wide width, it might make sense to size up.

Poor fit widthwise, too wide heel, too narrow toe
I am so sad to be writing this review! I wanted to love these shoes but on first outing breaking them in they nearly broke my feet! I have a pair of hiking boots that I love, but they are not waterproof, so I bought these to play that role and can say they are adequately waterproof and the tread performs well on slippery rocks and mud. However, other reviews claimed these boots were too narrow in the toe and wide in the heel and I am sorry to report this is very true! (Sorel, why are all your toes too narrow? I almost always have to size up because of this and this is a frequent complaint in your reviews). For this shoe I went true to size based on recommendations of other reviewers in an attempt to compensate for the narrow toe/too wide heel. But alas, it was not enough. I took them on an inaugural hike yesterday and have giant blisters on both heels despite wearing my thickest socks. Also, my toes are in a lot of pain from the tightness. They did not instantly feel this way upon donning the shoes, and walking around on level ground felt fine and comfortable. But the faults of this shoe were exacerbated by ups and downs on the trail. I had to cut my hike short due to the pain. Because of the awkward fit, sizing up or down is not an option. I am so sad to be returning these boots. They are beautiful and waterproof and stable on wet ground (which is what I was after), but they are foot destroyers and that is not ok.

SUPER small
I wear a 7 1/2 in almost any non European shoe and a 37 or 38 in European. The 8 in these, without socks!, was so small that my toe was pressing the end. I love the look so I am trying a 9 as I think the 8 1/2 still won't work with socks. 4 stars due to really poor sizing.

Good-looking and hard-working!
This very comfortable boot keeps my feet warm and dry through the wettest, snowy conditions. Cleans easily and looks great. Not at all clunky or heavy. Minimal or no break-in period needed for these. The quality and comfort one expects with Sorel is yours with this great boot.

New faves
Love these boots. They’re my new favorite go to for everyday wearing. I also read the other reviews but I did not need to size up, my usual 7.5 fit perfect even with thick socks. I love the neutral warm tones and the pink laces are fun. I bought a couple other colored laces to change the style and had fun with the versatility. Highly recommend!
