Missing boots
The boots were delivered to my home…supposedly. I had two pairs sent to the store, and because one was sent to my home, it disappeared. This is the reason I send elsewhere because of the neighborhood I live in.
I also was told I would be refunded. But I only received a third of the price in an online gift card.

Super cute but run large
Runs true to size can't be correct as when they arrived they seemed at least 1 size too large - more like a 10.5 or an 11. I am returning and hoping that the 8.5 will work.
