Just Buy Them... Seriously.
Holy smokes. These are amazing. I live in SoCal and rarely need "winter boots" but I'm going to Iceland and wanted something that was waterproof, gave me some traction (I'm klutzy enough already without ice's help), and actually looked like a normal shoe so I could wear them again. These are glorious. I'm a SOLID size 10, and these are roomy enough for some wool socks without feeling too tight or like they'll give me blisters. My foot tends to be a bit on the narrow side, but my heel isn't slipping, they're fairly warm on their own, they're not too tight around the ankle, and there's plenty of room for my toes to wiggle. I was on the fence about them for a couple months and am SO glad I went ahead and bought them. Whatever you're on the fence about - ignore it. These are great. Couldn't recommend more highly.

So Disappointed. I loved the Color of BROWN Boot in picture with the BLACK Sole. When I opened the box, I questioned if they sent me the wrong boot. They are More Gray and Zipper is on the inside. Photo is misleading and an must be an older, nicer model. Will be returning. ☹️

Loved but returned
Right off the bat the boot was super comfortable. I really wanted to make it work. However, the front of the boot hits your shin when you walk and it is super irritating. I don’t like the way the boots look with tall socks so I’ll be returning. Super bummed.

Great boots. Able to wear right out the box. Only issues I had was that ONE of the boots hit my shin slightly in the front and it was beginning to irritate my skin. Thick socks worked. But decided to have them replaced because they really are cute and practical for our 9 month rain season, and it was just one side. I hope the second pair works better. I sized up to wear thicker socks in winter and add heel cushions for longer walks and traveling.

Love love love these Joan of Arctic II wedge boots. Bought both the brown and the black. Wore the black very first night and on feet for 4 hours with no issues. I was planning to size up but when I got to the store they were too big. I am a 7 in a pump barefoot and 7.5 in a sneaker with a sock. These boots run slightly large! Do not listen to other reviews. I am very comfie in a 7 boot while wearing a sock for this style!! Hope this helps everyone select their size.
