everything but the size
I really wanted this to work. I’m a 8 1/2, sometimes have to round up to 9 (true with several Sorel purchases). Bought a 9 (thinking I might wear socks in winter), it was huge. 8 1/2 still had my heel slipping out. 8 worked best but still slipped a bit. There is quite a bit of padding at the heel, so it’s odd that it slips. The elastic was a bit tight, but the width was good. Frustrating to have to order 3 sizes. Returning all 3. I hope others have a better outcome, because it is a comfortable shoe.

Perfect fall/winter work shoe
