Big Service Failure
I ordered these boots as a Christmas gift for my nephew. Unfortunately I received an email from Nordstrom saying “So Sorry Order Canceled!” They didn’t have the product in stock. I wouldn’t be charged. So. I ordered from another company that had the boots. Then I received an email from UPS that they had the Nordstrom package for shipment. I telephoned Nordstrom 3 times to talk about this problem. Dilemma!

Finger loop too small.
I love these boots and they have proven durable. My ONLY complaint is that the finger loop at the heel for pulling up the boot is too small and tight to easily slip your finger through to pull the boot on. Please make that loop a little bit bigger!

Amazing
I wear these shoes to work every day and everywhere.
Tough as nails and looks great even beat up.
I never complain about foot pain anymore with these. The soles are so tough and the wear is minimal.
The leather does wear out after a while meaning a looser fit but the hide hold up.
I'm on my 3 or 4th pair.
