Big Service Failure
I ordered these boots as a Christmas gift for my nephew. Unfortunately I received an email from Nordstrom saying “So Sorry Order Canceled!” They didn’t have the product in stock. I wouldn’t be charged. So. I ordered from another company that had the boots. Then I received an email from UPS that they had the Nordstrom package for shipment. I telephoned Nordstrom 3 times to talk about this problem. Dilemma!

Finger loop too small.
I love these boots and they have proven durable. My ONLY complaint is that the finger loop at the heel for pulling up the boot is too small and tight to easily slip your finger through to pull the boot on. Please make that loop a little bit bigger!

Weird sizing
Wrong sizing. I’ve worn a 10.5 in every other pair of boots or shoes I own, and these were comically large, at least a full size too big
