Sophia Smocked Sleeveless Maxi Dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re shorter than 5’4”, the only length suitable is the XXS. The color, pattern and quality of fabric are great. It’s light and perfect for summer. Love the pockets. The issue is the fit of the dress. I am usually a size Small. My waist is 26inches. The 1st dress I got I sized down to an XS and it was way too long in both the torso and the length of the skirt. I returned that dress and got an XXS and the fit is MUCH better for my petite body. It’s a bit tight but, not uncomfortable. The material is stretchy and forgiving. I really like the dress and would buy it in other colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and style of this dress. However, the upper torso in the back is longer than the front, which makes the fit a bit off. I ended up taking it to a seamstress for alterations. She’s shortening the back torso by about 1. 5 inches and adjusting the front length so it’s even with the back. I’m 5'3", so I expected the overall length to be long, but I didn’t anticipate the torso being uneven. If you’re taller, the fit may work well for you, but shorter individuals will likely need some alterations.
