Nordstrom Fraud
I picked up my item at a Nordstrom rack location. Only to find the jewelry pouch empty. I immediately show the store manager and she suggests I submit a claim that the item is missing. Well, Nordstrom has refused to refund me. And I have to justify my case. Here is a picture of the store manager with the empty jewelry holder. This is not an inexpensive piece of jewelry. I contemplated purchasing for over a year. And this is what happens. Is this how Nordstrom is conducting business now? So disappointed in Nordstrom. Will not be buying from Nordstrom again, only direct from the companies. This is terrible treatment of a long time customer.
