Sol GG Canvas Clog (Women)

Not going to speak to the comfort of the shoes although they are super cute. I’m going to speak to YET AGAIN fails its customer. I’ve had several incidents where I have order luxury items from here and I get a box with the items thrown in there. No tissue / dust bags / authenticity cards like nothing. Well they did it again, look at how my shoes arrived this evening. I’m so frustrated and disappointed! The shoes look like they were at minimum tried on at the store and not new. The last time I had this happen Nordstrom did nothing for me. I will be returning because honestly I’m even questioning authenticity. How does a company allow their associates to ship this to a customer? Can’t even make this up! Just purchased at Bloomingdale’s .

Love the Clog. The only thing I do not like and did not catch until it was too late. When driving with it on and your foot leaves a permanent crease on the top or it comes from walking. They really comfortable and you can wear them with everything. I just fear that the top may crack eventually or damage more.

Like another reviewer posted I am very disappointed with my delivery of these Sol clogs. My shipment had 2 clogs in 2 small baggies, no tissue, no Gucci papers, no care tag. Just the clogs flopping around in the box through shipment. The left shoe already shows some faint creasing, I could get past that but….I am a true US 8 and typically a 38 in Gucci shoes. When I pulled the 38s out of the Gucci box I wondered if they were men’s shoes. They are HUGE on me, like 2 full sizes too big. I double checked the box and stamps in shoes and they read 38, but they have to be a misprint. I could deal with the wide width but no way will these work for me. So disappointed in Nordstrom lately and their quality of designer items like many other reviewers mention. These will be returned.

Look these are really cute so I give them two stars! However I ordered multiple sizes and they are just too narrow for my feet. I ordered a half size and a full size up and neither worked. I am crushed. But if you have normal feet and not Sasquatch feet, which apparently I do, buy these! They really are so cute!
