Excellent Travel Bag
Love this bag, it’s robust and ready for adventure and allows me to wheel it around airports and train stations to save me carrying it and not having to pay for airport trolleys.

Inconvenient
Bought it and immediately returned it. I wanted a rolling pack that I can easily throw on my shoulders when needed. This pack requires that you use the waist belt (no way around it) and spend at least a couple minutes setting up all the straps every single time you want to throw it on your shoulders. And you need to do the reverse to get it back to its rolling state. It’s too bad, because except for the terribly designed handle release, I like the actual pack.

The pack is great for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pack is great for travel that requires a lot of walking. It can be conveniently converted into a backpack for congested areas. The built quality is very good as well. A future protection upgrade to the zipper pull tabs of the back cover would be nice.

I have only had this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this pack for a few weeks but so far it has been good with the one trip I've taken with it. I traveled monthly with the old version for over 12 years and I'm hoping this one holds up just as well. I do wish this model had the separate lower pocket for shoes or dirty clothes. One thing I appreciate with this new version is the way it is balanced. When fully loaded it doesn't seem to want to fall forward like the old one did. Time will tell if I use the backpack straps but they seem like they'll come in handy at some point.

I'd had my previous Sojourn pack for 18 years when one of the handles broke. I sent it back for repair, but it was irreparable, so they sent me a new one - how amazing is that! Great service.
