Marquette Clog (Women)

I've been searching a long time for a cute comfortable shoe that works for my 80 year old mother. She has Alzheimer's and has trouble walking unless her shoe fits snugly. This shoe was perfect (I thought) as she could have a strap to hold the shoe on her foot if needed and didn't look like an "old lady" shoe. The shoe looked great but the first time worn, the openings for the stems on the strap were too big which caused the strap to fall off her heel. If that weren't bad enough, one of the stems has already fallen off and she can't wear them with the strap in the other position over the top of the shoe! I am now about to attempt to return a once worn shoe and hope Nordstrom will allow me a refund.

Comfortable size up runs small Not sure what’s going on but I am finding a LOT of brands run small I am a true 11M a lot no longer fit toe at the very end so I end up needing a 12. It’s unfortunate most companies stop at a 11. Thank God this company offers a 12 it has bc quite difficult buying shoes especially attractive ones.
