Disappointed by leather quality (black snake)
Bought those because I live in Europe and it's hard to find nice wide shoes there. Have another pair that is super comfy. But this time, I was disappointed by the black snakeskin leather: it looks like plastic! Not returning because they fit and return from Europe would be expensive but feel let down by quality (plus I can see glue around edges of sole ;(. Softwalk can do better!
