Stand Collar Shaped Alpaca & Wool Blend Coat

I purchased a Sofia cashmere jacket size 12 last year and love it -it had buttons not snaps-this coat is fitted and size 12 was too tight-it also has large black snaps not buttons which makes coat look cheap-constant tugging opening snaps may stretch fabric-I have seen other companies use snaps for coats and I just do not like it-this coat may have been tight because it is fitted but it also may be in full coat not jacket I seem to need size 14-snaps should be listed on description-I am returning-I am 5'3" 148lbs

I read the reviews, looked at the size chart & bought the 12 in Bordeaux, which was too big. I don’t know whether that was why the skirt belled out or if it’s an intentional design issue, which I don’t like. The fabric is very soft, the color pretty & the pockets functional. I prefer the snaps instead of buttons, wish the coat was a bit longer. I’m going to grab the last 10 to see if it works better.
