Sockwell's are the best
I've tried many compression socks/stockings for long haul flights and they have always cut into my upper leg. Much less being next to impossible to put on. These are easy to put on and did not cut into the upper part of my leg as the tops are loose, but the socks stay up.. I wear a 6.5-7 shoe and the S/M was perfect for me. I only brought 1 pair with me for a 3 week trip as I had only intended to use them for flights, however, I needed them almost everyday during the trip. They held up perfectly, and washed well. I'm a huge convert to this brand and to this compression sock for all my travels, especially if cobble stones are involved.
These are the 15-20 compression socks. Sockwell makes a higher compression sock but that would be too much for me.

Great compression, poor footbed quality
I work 10-hour days in surgery. These socks provide great support to my legs. However, the toe and heel areas become thin with holes after a short time. Have never had this problem with other socks. Due to the price and quality issues with the footbed of these socks, I will be finding another brand. Have also found this issue in several reviews with other Sockwell retailers.

'Circulator' Compression Socks
My shoe size 6 1/2 & 7, I bought S/M (After put on for few hours, they left marks on my feet/lower legs) and had to return for size M/L. Unless you have skinny legs, order a size up!! Good quality compression socks!!

Warm comfort for feet and legs
These are great compression socks. The compression is gentle yet supportive and the blend of fibers is perfect for warmth and softness. The cushioned soles feel great and I've found these socks to be perfect for wearing all day at work and beyond. I had laser surgery for varicose veins 2 years ago and have found heavier compression socks and tights to be too tight, difficult to get on, and actually seem to contribute to swollen ankles. The Sockwell socks are just the opposite -- they are comfortable, easy to put on, and no swelling. I wash them in the machine in a hosiery bag, gentle cycle and hang dry. I bought 2 pair and will definitely buy them again.
