Surplice Handkerchief Hem Maxi Dress

I’m 5’5”, curvy with an hourglass/figure-8 shape, and I ordered an XL—it fit perfectly! I wore this to a surprise proposal party and received SO many compliments. Several people stopped me just to tell me how beautiful and classy the dress was. It’s layered, so it’s not see-through at all, but it’s still very sexy and flattering. I felt absolutely beautiful and confident wearing it. If you’re looking for something for a white party or another special occasion, this is definitely a winner. I can’t wait to wear it again!

I like the look of this dress, but fit is odd. I’m 5’8”, 133 lbs, with long torso. ordered medium. The bust area is made for bigger gals. There is a nice hidden snap to reduce cleavage exposure. The mid section band is not flattering. I thought about sizing down, but I don’t think that will help. Sadly have to return this.
