What it is: A wintry mix of 12 eye shadow shades that deliver pigment-packed color in one swipe, bundled up in a limited-edition mirrored compact.

What it does: This silky-smooth formula delivers pigment-packed color in one swipe for all-day wear and no creasing. The result: potent color that applies evenly, blends well and can be used wet or dry. Available in a variety of textures and finishes from Matte to Frost.

How to use: Prime eyes with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base for added color intensity. Apply over eye area (eyelids and creases) with a 239S Brush, using a pressing motion to build color for a bolder look. Apply over eye area with a 217S Brush, using a circular motion to blend color for a diffused look.

Delivery Issue
The compact is beautiful. I ordered it along with other small items as gifts. Received eye compact only in a plastic Nordstrom bag. See pictures of compact. Unable to gift as box was badly dinged up. Why would they send a cosmetic item in a plastic bag?? My necklace other eye compact and free gift were missing and were suppose to be shipped together. I have reported we’ll see if they remedy the situation. In the meantime I have to go shopping to replace these things. Usually never an issue with Nordstrom.

Beautiful cool complementary hues
Finally - all colors I'd wear in 1 palette! I had to write in for this after I bought this gorgeous purple-hued palette. Love all of these and they all look good on my pale, hazel-eyed face. I wear these with my Painterly paint pot eye shadow base which makes it last all day!

don't buy this one as a gift
MAC can do better, way better. I'm a makeup artist and I find this palette very underwhelming. Poor color payoff, fallouts, the shadows blend into one bluish grey slightly shimmery mess... not a holiday look, for sure. If you want to experiment or just collect holiday palettes - go ahead, otherwise skip it. And don't get this one as gift - it's gonna be a huge disappointment.

Perfect Winter Palette
Not only is this palette gorgeous, but it's an exceptional deal. I love MAC eyeshadows and I needed carbon, a variety of shades for blending and shimmery/glittery ones and this palette does it all for me and was affordable. I recently had a color consultation and found I'm a dark winter season, and Snowbody's Business is the perfect palette for my dark features and cool skin tone.
