Snood Polka Dot Tiered Satin Shirtdress

The dress is great. The customer service experience was terrible. The item was shipped with the security tag still on and I didn’t know until I removed the tags and wore the dress. When I went to my local Nordstrom to have the security tag removed, I was treated like a criminal, even after showing my receipt and Nordstrom card. Absolutely terrible experience and this is not the first time. Do not shop at the Fashion Island Nordstrom, they do not train their staff well. Very poorly run location.
