at least it showed up on time
super soft and cute but it was damaged. the beans are falling out of her foot :( cant exchange because its sold out and i cant get a refund because id have to send it back in. too much hassle. ill just sew her foot up i guess. couldn't even get a partial refund. just know if you buy from the actual jellycat website they will send you a new one free of charge if they are damaged or give you a refund.
