My bleached hair with extensions love this product!
I'm confused by the bad ratings, I find that this updated formula works better for my very finicky, bleached blonde curly hair-with beaded weft extensions! My stylist used this product after bleaching my roots along with the nutriplenish leave in spray (which I love) and the perfectly sleek delivered what it promised! My hair is smooth, shiny soft, and I didn't even need to use a flat iron! Love it!

New formula is awful
Like the other poster, I used the old Naturally Straight for ages - it was a nice texture and made my hair straight and kept it from getting frizzy. This formula is thick and makes my hair feel gross, it doesn't control the frizz and doesn't really make my straight like the old formula. I bought 2 at Nordstrom and am sad.

Truly awful
I've used the smooth infusion styling crËme for years but as it was discontinued I bought this instead. It went on ok but after styling and drying my hair it felt oddly soft and fluffy, not a great look. By the time my hair was dry it looked like candy floss! Truly terrible. It also felt dull, lifeless and like I wanted to wash it again. Please please bring back the original formula, it was an icon!

Awful
I eventually got round to trying this after using up the wonderful Glossing Straightener, which I had stocked up on, knowing it was being discontinued (shame!). My hairdresser told me she didn't like Perfectly Sleek very much, and she was right - it doesn't rub smoothly onto the hair, and as another reviewer has said, it leaves your hair feeling like it needs washing. I am not even bothering to use it up - I will switch to another product. A waste of money, I'm afraid.

Bring back NATURALLY STRAIGHT
Perfectly Sleek is heavy and sticky and nothing like the old formula. BRING IT BACK PLEASE. These are TERRIBLE. I heave been buying the old version of Smooth Infusion Naturally Straight for the better part of 20 years and now have to go elsewhere.

Made a great product worse
I realized they discontinued my favorite smoothing style prep and apparently they replaced it with this abomination. It does smooth my hair, but it also leaves my hair thick and clumpy, and stiff in many parts. It's more like a styling cream than a smoothing product. I miss the old formula, please bring it back.
