Waistband was placed too high.
The dress is cute and the fabric has an interesting texture. I loved the skirt flow - it didn't make my hips seem big at all. I'm 5'5" and the dress hit below mid-calf. It was a bit snug for me up top...not really bra size...I'm 36C, but across the back or shoulders. Also, the waistband did not sit at my natural waist. It was too high, making the dress somewhat uncomfortable. Perhaps that is by design. Unfortunately, it won't work out for me.
