Oddly shaped

This skirt was a big miss for me. The green color and concept are good. But the fit is so odd. Its almost bubble shaped in all the wrong places. I cant even describe how bad this looked on me. It gave me the strangest shape. It is very oversized. Does not lie flat like the photo. Overall just very very oddly shaped made me look 30 lbs heavier.
