Scout Junior Snow Helmet with MIPS

Details & care

Your kiddo can take to the slopes or skate park in style with a comfortable, high-performance helmet featuring Bombshell construction to withstand high-impacts. A self-adjusting Lifestyle Fit System accommodates a wide range of head sizes so it can grow with your extreme-sports enthusiast. AirEvac ventilation regulates temperature with ease, so he or she can keep skiing or boarding all day. This version features Multi Directional Impact Protection System, or MIPS, which uses slip-plane technology inside the helmet to reduce rotational forces that can occur in certain impact situations.

• Complies with ASTM F 2040 and/or CE EN 1077 alpine ski and snowboard helmet safety standards and skateboard standards
• Bombshell construction uses an injection molded ABS shell to withstand high-impacts and offer unparalleled durability and dent and ding resistance
• Airflow climate control ventilation utilizes strategically placed vents for easy climate control in all conditions. Vent placement maximizes airflow and heat exhaustion in warm temperatures while minimizing undesired cold air drafts
• Self-adjusting Lifestyle Fit System (LFS) is designed to flex around the wearer's head, providing a dynamic fit that will move with the wearer
• AirEvac ventilation drives warm air away from goggles and out of the helmet through internal channels and vents
• MIPS Brain Protection System—the shell and liner are separated by a low friction layer that allows the helmet to slide relative to the head in and angled impact
• Removable goggle lock
• Removable, machine-washable ear pads
