Bobcat 135mm ChromaPop^™ Shield Sunglasses

I have four pairs of “sporting” sunglasses and I reach for these almost every single time. I have the discontinued dusty blue with rose gold lenses and have used them in many light conditions. I do think my smith reverb glasses with red chromapop do a little better in and out of trees to cut glare, I’ll probably eventually get a set of red and set of black lenses for these. Sadly my rose gold are getting a few nicks. The only thing I wish they had was the adjustable nose piece like the reverb, but they stay on just fine.

The lens is excellent, and the fit is great. Sadly that's where my compliments end. After 3 months of light use, the frame broke while swapping out the lens (which was only about the 5th time doing so). Extremely poor durability for glasses at this price point. Conveniently, Smith told me the frame breaking is not covered under warranty. Sad to see a company not stand behind its products at this price point.

Went back and forth on buying these for a while but am glad I did. I've tried on other cycling sunglasses that snag my hair with the rubber temples but that's not an issue at all with the Bobcats - and they still stay fully in place when on. They fit my smaller face pretty well, are super lightweight/comfortable and the clarity feels really high quality. Hate to sound like a cliche but I seriously forget I'm wearing them.
