buyer beware
Ordered a M and a L. Of course they only shipped the M and charged me for both. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I have started using my AmEx to charge due to Nordstrom denying a credit to me. Packing and shipping has become a problem with Nordstrom and now there is a trust issue with them doing the right thing. I’ve spent tens of thousands dollars with Nordstrom and am afraid it might have to stop. I can no longer tolerate the dishonesty in the shipping department.
