Details & care

What it is: A rechargeable electric toothbrush starter kit that makes it simple and easy to get a superior clean.

What it does: Unlike some electric brushes that are big and bulky, quip is slim and lightweight with up to a three-month charge with no wires or bulky charger. The sleek, travel-ready design easily packs into any pocket, purse or bag for on the go. Plus, it's water-resistant.

Set includes:
- One replaceable soft-bristle brush head with a tongue scraper on back
- One magnetic USB charging cable
- One multi-use travel cover that doubles as a stand and mirror mount

How to use: Simply press the 'q' button to power a gentle, effective clean with all the guiding features dentists recommend: sensitive sonic vibrations, two-minute timer, 30-second pulses.

Great brush, great clean

I had an older version that stop holding the charge. I like this toothbrush as it allows you to brush each quarter of your mouth with a vibrating alert. Only have to charge once every 3 months so when I get a replacement brush head, I charge the brush

Head falls off during use

Toothbrush head falls off while I’m using. I’ve tried everything to keep it on except for tape (which would get gross). Disappointed that Quip clearly saw a problem with this design and has it on clearance. Mine was past warranty so I bought a new one that is battery only (like the one I replaced this for!). Otherwise I like the timer/tracker and the large head. Not sure if the vibration really does anything (on any electric toothbrush to be honest!).

We're sorry to hear this, but it sounds like there may be damage to the handle which is preventing your brush heads from connecting properly. Please send a quick photo of the upper portion of your handle (without your brush head!) to our team, via help@getquip.com and they can help diagnose! You can also submit a warranty claim here: https://returns.getquip.com/#/

Bad battery. Doesn’t work.

I bought this recently, charged it full. Within days of using though, the battery was down to 51% (as per the app - not sure how will this last 3 months without recharging frequently). While the brush worked ok for the first few days, now it abruptly stops vibrating in the middle and doesn’t record the brush (the battery is still at 51%).

Wouldn’t recommend

It was great while it lasted… which was only about one year and then it died and could not be fixed. My warranty was up so they said there’s nothing they could do about it, they didn’t even try basically I have to order another if I want a toothbrush. Very disappointed.
