disappointed
I was really looking forward to receiving my Tom Ford designer bag from Nordstrom, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The shipping box wasn’t sealed properly, and to my surprise, the tags were already removed from the bag. It arrived looking more like a return than a brand-new luxury item.
For the price point and designer label, I expected careful packaging and proper presentation — at the very least, tags intact and the box securely closed. This didn’t feel like the high-end experience you typically associate with Nordstrom.
Very disappointed and now hesitant to order high-end items online from Nordstrom again.

Cute but the quality is ok.
I returned mine because it looks like used bag, the quality is ok, but it is a very cute bag.
