Valentino Garavani

When considering legendary Italian fashion house Valentino, three words come to mind: luxurious, bold and iconic. For more than 50 years, Valentino has been a cornerstone of the international fashion scene, creating evocative fragrances, statement-making ready-to-wear, and signature shoes and handbags (under the Valentino Garavani label) with haute couture craftsmanship.

Missing dust bag

Cute bag but came wrapped in a plastic bag with no dust bag to protect it. Surprising for a bag this price. Will be returning.

thrown in a box

Package was delivered with the bag placed in a box with no tissue or packaging. For a designer item, you’d expect some care. Will be returning.

received used item

Received a bag with a USED TISSUE in it. Bag also smelled like perfume. Totally disgusting and when I went to return it customer service implied that I was lying and put the tissue on myself. Terrible experience from end to end.

Used item sold by Nordstrom

I received my purse in almond beige, and it was missing the long leather strap and had three different stains on it. I immediately returned it and was so disappointed that Nordstrom would sell a used item, especially a designer piece.
