Small Rodeo Leather Top Handle Bag

Here’s short version of my story. I received my original order, and it was not right. It was way too obvious that the item was used before and was returned. So Nordstrom sent me replacement (Nordstrom scheduled fedex to pick up original item) WELL. Guess what. The replacement had huge scratch on the leather on the back side and the hardware was scratched off too :) yay. So I called and they say they can schedule for pick up the item but can’t send out the replacement again. Lovely. I am just so disappointed in this entire situation as I really wanted this purse. I haven’t had much problem with Nordstrom before but lately their quality isn’t how it used to be.
