Diamond Pavé & Pink Sapphire Hoop Drop Earrings

These earrings are exactly what I was looking for in an everyday earring but the first pair ordered arrived with one clasp that came loose very easily/was not a tight fit. Returned and reordered another pair that arrived with the same flaw. Contacted Zoe Chicco directly to see if they would fix or replace the loose earring as I had done with a pair of Anita Ko earrings bought from Saks (Anita Ko paid shipping and repair was fast and free). Zoe Chicco charged for shipping and $50 for the repair. The "repaired" earrings arrived back (via USPS not UPS or FedEx, the box sat on our doorstep all day but thankfully did not go missing) in the EXACT same condition: one earring had a snug clasp while the other was loose. These are already ready pricey so not going to take the chance of losing one so returned. A real shame as I like supporting small businesses and female designers but will not be purchasing Zoe Chicco again as their product and service is shockingly bad and I'm out of pocket $60 for nothing.
