Nordstrom Customer Service - Burberry Gift Box
Wife loved the Note Bag as a Christmas Gift. Deducted 1 star due to her disappointment of no gift box included with purse. Also, Nordrom's "contact us" chat feature would not work for me to try and address the situation... "could not connect" with Nordstrom after several attempts on December 28.
