damage disgusting, greedy, and selfish
I just received my bag today and I was disappointed Nordstrom trying to scam me you send me something that Customer returned and already use and it’s damage. How dare you guys you guys are greedy and selfish this item needs to be damage. why would you send it to a customer like that and all you can give me is $15 back as a gift card. What a shame but I’m gonna email this picture to KURT GEIGER bad customer service this is disgusting
