Small Kate Chain Crossbody Bag

I was told YSL is cutting ties with Nordstroms. Local store only had one iof these a bit beat up. I called NYC flasgship store where I had ordered from YSL before and it was delivered in original box, gift wrapped as in YSL boutique. The sales person tricked me into agreeing to a text link card charge. I asked for the item to be shipped to my local store. She stated that would not be a problem. My holidays are now a nightmare. No handbag, a gift for me from me, no support from Nordstrom, I have to pay for it still somehow as I did use the Nordstrom card (should’ve used AMEX, points game is a scam). I googled the shipping scams associated with Nordstrom. Complaints too many too count. Fair warning: do not agree for an item to be shipped to your store. This salesperson put my order as ordered online when it was ordered through her, she then said it will be mailed from that store in VA to me directly. She failed to mention it will be LaserShip or OnPoint; untraceable, highly unreliable, and questionable carrier. My “case” was determined overnight based on zero evidence. I called and asked how it was delivered to a gated community while I was home and did not receive it nor had opened the gate for no one. Mind you: FedEx at that very time delivered in my hands as I was outside another retailers package without a hitch. Whatever this scam is, it’s not new and they know when one orders something of value. Beware!

I don’t know why there’s so many reviews about their phones not fitting in bag maybe they got the wrong bag because my phone fit perfectly, also this was the one bag out of all the ones I seen that the chain was actually long enough. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is because it didn’t come in a box it just came in a saint laurent bag for the price I payed I expected a better packaging but i don’t know if that has to do with the brand or Nordstrom.

This bag is beauty. However my bag came with obvious scratches on the YSL logo. There weren’t any authenticity cards with it. It did come with a dust bag and nothing else. Not what I’d expect with buying a bag that’s over 2k. I called nordi and they’re sending me another one which hopefully isn’t used/damaged.
