Small Hop Hobo Bag

Seeing this bag online, I thought it would be a great alternative to the teen Jodie which I don’t love because of the limited options with wearing/using. I received the bag and of course the quality is beautiful, but the opening is just so tiny. I could barely fit my wallet and other things into it, and I like to have access to what’s in my bag. I also felt it was limited because it’s a shoulder bag, but a tight shoulder bag so mainly you would wear it holding it. I travel a lot and so I need something much more hands-free and practical. Unfortunately I had to return it. Now to the Loewe flamenco. Hopefully will be the winner.

I received a wrong item and customer service gave me two options to return it in store or mail it back but she prefer to return it in store so I can have a refund right away. I went to Nordstrom Washington square and unfortunately, the manager did not accept my return and ask me to mail it back to the warehouse since it came from them. I cannot blame her for that since if I were in her shoe I would consider it as a scam since it is totally different bag. It was just in a plastic bag with a upc , no dustbag, no bottega name inside the bag. When you scan the upc it would show that it was the one I ordered. I am just puzzled why nordstrom have done this kind of thing. I will be mailing it back since I talked to another customer service agent and encourage me to send it back to the warehouse. I have a picture attach to this review. I hope and pray that this big problem will be resolved. Any help will do.
