Cannot adjust the chain strap length
I really like this bag, 'just right' size with many cardholders inside except the chain strap. It cannot be adjusted. I am short (5'1"), and this chain strap length is great for a height 5'8" or taller person, not for the shorter person.
I hope Mulberry will make some changes.
