Cute, casual, cotton
I really love this dress. It feels casual and is perfect for anytime wear. It is 100% cotton. The skirt is lined (and only the skirt lining does not seem to be cotton). I am a standard xl and an xl fits perfectly, no button gaping and good length. For reference, I am short-waisted, smaller in the bust, and larger in hips/stomach.
