Ahoy Pure Silk Hair Wrap

I absolutely love the Slip Silk Ahoy Turban. I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer. I lost 90% of my hair within 3 weeks of my first treatment. Shaving my head was inevitable. I was told that your head may become tender so I thought I’d give the Silk Turban a try. It’s amazing! I live in Florida and the weather can be quite humid, especially in the summer months. The natural material of silk is the perfect answer. I am a mother of four and I find it important to look hopeful and feminine for them during this trying time. This Silk Turban does just that.

Somewhat small and tight on the head, especially if you're doing heatless curls like I was (which is the main reason I bought this). I did get used to it and it stayed on for most of the night with only one adjustment needed to secure it further down my forehead. On the positive, it left my hair super smooth in a way that silk pillows have never done before.
