I wear this a lot!
This brand often runs large (as in the advice posted) but this particular top does NOT run large. I generally wear a Small in every brand of top and this Small fits perfectly. The cotton is soft and stretchy, so comfortable. I love it as a casual top with jeans but it looks put-together too, much better appearance than a tee shirt or henley with no collar.
