What a beautiful dress! The velvet feels luxurious and oh, so soft. It does not feel heavy, has just the right amount of stretch, and drapes beautifully. I have a hard time with dresses being petite yet big busted. This is perfect. Very elegant with the right amount of sexy. I bought a 12 petite. I am 5 ft tall and with 3.5” heels it is perfect. I will pair this with silver heels. I highly recommend!
