Skyrise Exposed Button Wide Leg Twill Pants

I'm 5'5", 190 lbs. The 16W fit perfectly, especially the 30" inseam. They don't bind at the waist at all, and the legs still show some curve at the hips/butt before the wider straight leg begins. The legs are not so wide as to engulf you and add 20 lbs. The front and back seam down the middle doesn't "show", but it does help to give them some structure, so that they hang more towards your toes instead of hanging flat against the side seam - gives them a great shape. Moreover, the rise is quite nice as they move with you instead of sliding down, so it is not necessary to do the "hiking up the pants dance" after sitting at your desk. It is so nice to have pants that I don't need to spend $40 to hem. The fabric is a lighter to mid-weight, stretchy twill. The white are not see through, but I'd wear flesh colored panties with them nonetheless. The Moonstone are also opaque, and they are neutral the mushroom/cocoa color that has been out the last few months. Beige, white, navy, brown, black and reds will go with either the White or Moonstone. Also, the buttons were easy to navigate. I wasn't sure about them, as I'm not a fan of button front. Thus, the "almost perfect pants" - they'd be perfect with a zipper front. But, the buttons are so subtle and non-shiny that they actually add interest rather then detract. They are great for summer in the south USA. I like these so much that I also bought them in the blue and green. Not sure on those colors, but when something fits, go with it. It would be great if they made these in black.

These fit perfectly. I have an hourglass figure and these pants have just the right give to them. The rise is perfect. The length goes with both sandals and sneakers. The white color isn't see-through, but I wear them with white or beige underpants anyway. The button front is flattering and easy to do up, just remember to give yourself an extra 6 seconds to unbutton them when going to the bathroom. The only thing that's not perfect is the buttons are sewn on with very little thread. After you're sure you're keeping them, you may want to resew the buttons to make sure they don't come loose.
