What is up with the Golden Goose inserts?
I love this shoe but this is the 3rd pair I’ve purchased where the insert was too large for the shoe and causes my toes to smash against the toe box. I’ve been told I have to cut them myself to make it fit by a sales associate which I think is absurd if it should fit the shoe size properly in the first place. I didn’t spend close to $700 for a pair of shoes that have quality issues. Such a bummer because they look good.
