used item
They sent me a clearly opened and used item (box had holes in multiple places, chairs unwrapped and bent). Told me to set it outside for FedEx pickup & they’ll send another- specifically without a label & with the holes in the box (I asked several times). FedEx took it and brought it back to me two days later. Educate your representatives and stop sending used and broken packages.

Skip Hop - Kid chairs
