A repeate user with JOY
I have been using the Estee Lauder products for so many years I wouldn't know any better as I have had such great success with my skin products that have kept me looking so good for the age.
Wouldn't even consider trying any other at this time of my life.

Badly reformulated
I used this cleanser for years and was very happy with it. This new reformulation is so different from the original. It irritates my face and eyes and leaves my face feeling tight and itchy and makes my eyes water after using it. I have noticed some recent breakouts and I never breakout. I have found that multi tasking skin care products don't work for me. I just want a gentle, foaming, effective cleanser, nothing else. No more of this for me-I am moving on.

Go back to the original formula
This stuff is not the same as the original formula, though Estee Lauder claims it's comparable. It burned on my face and my guess is it's due to the heavy perfume they added to it. This product was nice the way it was, some things are better left untouched and this was one of those products. Sorry to say, due to this I am now a Lancome girl. And I have been with Estee for a long long time.

Estee Lauder Perfectly Clean
I have used this face wash for many years. It seems as if they have changed the formula and, although I plan to still use it, I do not like the new formula. My main complaint is that it is more harsh than the old one. One thing I liked about the product was the way it foamed to cleanse my skin, and did so without feeling harsh.
I will still use it, but am not as pleased with it as before.

I can handle the fragrance. Yes, it does dry your skin if you leave it on too long as a mask.
If you lather it up and rinse it off, your skin only dries up if you don't put lotion on right away. I used this religiously with the advanced night repair Estee Lauder serum and day wear lotion. My skin looked great; however, every morning when I washed my face my eyes would sting - and, yes, my eyes were closed when washing and rinsing my face.
I used this product for two months and suffered with the slight stinging eyes. Does wonders for my skin but it's not worth the trouble of having red eyes for a half and hour after I use it.

Feels comfortable on the face
I am normally not a fan of Estee Lauder products, but this is an exception. I purchased this based on all the five star reviews. It is a great lotion that really does absorb instantly. Any serum or moisturizer I put on afterwards feels like it absorbs much better. This is a great product and I can't say that about many Lauder products.
